Cream Of Chicken Soup






To make Cream Of Chicken Soup the ingredient are:-





                                                                                 





Butter - 1 Table Spoon
Flour(Maida) - 1.5 table spoon
Milk - 1.25 Cup
Salt - 1 Teaspoon
Pepper powder -0.25 teaspoon
Celery(Nicely chopped) -1 Tablespoon
Cream - 2 tablespoon
Chicken - 0.25Kg
Bay leaf - 1
 Water - 4.5 cup
               
The nicely chopped chicken, Bay leaf and Water is boiled together in a pressure cooker. After the pressure cooker blows 2 whistle, reduce the flame and keep boiling them for 15-20 minutes. This is done to separate the chicken from its bone. The water used for boiling is the first part of the soup which is filtered out. Now this soup is mixed with chicken piece and is mixed well in a mixer-grinder which is filtered out.
The butter is heated in a pan and when it is hot the flour is added and mixed for 1 min when the milk is added. The chicken soup that we had made is added to this and on boiling we add salt, pepper and celery.
The cream is added to garnish the above soup. Thus CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP is ready.
