Egg Fried Rice


Biryani Rice - 1 kg
Green peas - ½ Kg
Carrot - ½ Kg
Onion - ½ Kg
Beans - ½ Kg
Tomato - ½ Kg
Dalda - ½ Kg
Potato – ¼ Kg
Egg - 4 No:
Capsicum - 100 Gram
Celery - 20 Gram
Soya Sauce - ½ Tea Spoon
Chili Sauce - ½ Tea Spoon
Cinnamon -100 Gram
Clove -100 Gram
Cardamom -100 Gram
Pepper Powder -100 Gram
Salt - As Required

            Beat the Egg and pour it to a heated non stick pan. Cook the eggs, stirring continuously, until they are lightly scrambled. Boil the rice in water with salt. Drain the excess water and cool it completely. Heat the dalda in a pan. Sauté the vegetables, with onion, masala powder (Which is a combination of cinnamon, clove, cardamom, pepper powder)and green peas(half boiled and drained). To this add rice, scrambled eggs, soya sauce, chili sauce and mix it well. Sprinkle it with fried onions. Egg fried rice is ready to serve

Mushroom Biryani


Basmati Rice - 2 Cup 
Water - 2 Cup
Coriander Leaves - ½ Cup
Mushroom - ½ Kg
Pepper Powder
Cumin Seed Powder -1 Tea Spoon
Turmeric Powder - ½ Tea Spoon
Ghee - 3 Table Spoon
Tomato Sauce - 2 Table Spoon
Garlic Paste - Table Spoon
Ginger Paste -1 Table Spoon
Onion - 4 No:
Raisins - 20 No:
Cashew Nut -12 No:
Salt- As Required


Boil the mushroom with pepper powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder, salt for 5 minutes. Heat 2 table spoon of ghee in a pan and sauté this with onion, garlic and ginger paste. To this add boiled mushroom and mix it well. To this add boiled rice, tomato sauce and cook it low flame for few minutes. Sprinkle it with fried cashew nut, raisins, coriander leaves. A tasty Mushroom biryani is ready to be served.

Chicken Pasta Salad


Chicken – 1 Kg
Yogurt - 100 ml
Pepper Powder - 2 Tea Spoon
Tomato - 6 No:
Macaroni - 200 ml
Mayonnaise - 200ml
Sugar – A bit





This is a simple dish to make in a Jiffy. Boil the macaroni for about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain and rinse in cool water. To this add yogurt, boiled chicken (it would be better if you add Boneless chicken), mayonnaise, tomato, pepper and sugar which has to be mixed well. Pasta salad is ready to serve.

Chicken 65


Chicken – 1 Kg
Wheat flour - ½ Kg
Oi l- 250 ml
Red Chilli Powder - ½ cup
Vinegar - ½ cup
Chicken Masala - 5 Tea Spoon
Garam Masala- 5 Tea Spoon
Ginger - 1 Piece
Garlic - 4 Cloves
Egg - 4 No:
Aginamoto - 2 pinch
Cinnamon Stick - 2 Piece
Elachi - 5 pieces





First marinate the chicken with egg,vinegar,wheat flour, aginamoto. To this add paste of garlic and ginger, masala powder, red chilli powder and chicken masala. Allow it to stand for 1 hour and fry it in hot oil.

Chicken Noodles

Chicken - 1/2 kg (boneless)
Noodles - 200 gram
Carrot - 100gram
Onion - 2 No:
Capsicums- 2 No:
Garlic – 2 cloves
Soya sauce- 2 Tea Spoon
Oil, salt-as required







Boil the ¾ cup of noodles in water. Cut ginger, carrot into small and thin pieces and garlic, onion, capsicum into long and thin pieces. Add oil and Sauté the above ingredients.  To this add red chilli powder and soya sauce and mix it with noodles and salt.

Fry the chicken and mix it with the above ingredients. Fry ¼ cups of noodles for garnishing purpose. Tasty and Yummy Chicken noodles is ready to serve

Chicken Korma


Chicken- 1 kg
Chili powder-1 Tea Spoon
Turmeric powder- ½ Tea Spoon
Coriander powder-1 Table Spoon
Tomato- 3 No:
Onion – ½ Kg (Finely Chopped)
Green chilli-5 No:
Oil- ¼ liter
Ginger-1 No:
Curry leaves- 10-12
Salt- As Required



First of all heat oil in a pan. Fry the ½ cup of onion and grind it into a paste and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and marinate onion, ginger and green chili. To this add onion paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder (ie, heat the 3 ingredients together and grind it into a paste). Add chicken pieces, tomato to the above mixture and boil it also add salt as required.

Chicken Wings - 6

Eggs - 2

Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 Table Spoon

Flour - 2 Table Spoon

Con flour - 2 Table Spoon

Pepper / Chili Powder - ¼ Tea Spoon

Salt to taste

Soya Sauce - 1 Table Spoon

Oil for frying

Sugar - a pinch



In a bowl add Soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste, sugar and mix them up well. To this add chicken wings and coat them well with the mixture and set aside for ½ hour. Make a smooth batter by adding Corn Flour, Flour, Salt, Pepper and Beaten Eggs.

Heat oil in a pan and dip each wing in the batter and coat evenly and deep fry till golden brown. For flavor Lemon can be poured on top of this after fried.
