Rava Vada

Rava - 1 Cup
Curd - ¼ Cup
Green chilies – 2-3
Onions – 2
Ginger – 1 Small Piece
Salt - As Required



Roast rava on medium flame till you get a nice aroma and  cool the rava for some time. To the cooled rava mixture add the curds, salt, green chilies and ginger and mix well. Leave the mixture for 2 minutes. Make small balls of the above mixture and pat them lightly with your hands and deep fry them in oil on medium flame till golden brown. Tasty Rava Vada is ready.
