Coconut Rice

Basmati Rice - 4 Cup 
Coconut Milk - 4 Cup
Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
Pepper Powder - 2 Tea Spoon
Coriander Leaves- 2 Tea Spoon
Mustard – 1 Tea Spoon
Red chili - 4 No
Curry Leaves - As Required
Salt - As Required
Oil - As Required

Put 6 table spoon of oil in a sauce pan and  add mustard and fry it till they splutter. Fry it with curry leaves. To this add dry red chili, pepper powder, salt, grated coconut and mix it well. To this add coconut milk and cook it until it has begun to bubble and to this add boiled rice and mix it well. Sprinkle it with fried dry red chili and coriander leaves.
