Chilly Chicken (Fry)

Chicken – 1 Kg
Coconut oil - ½ cup
Egg - 5 to 6 No:
Lemon Juice-1
Red Chilli Powder – 5 Tea Spoon
Corn Flour - 3 Table Spoon
Garlic -  2 cloves
Ginger - 2 pieces
Maida - 3 Table Spoon
Salt – as required

First of all mix well Maida (the all purpose flour),corn flour,egg,red chilli powder. The egg should be battered before mixing. Add the chicken pieces to this marinade.To this add paste of garlic,ginger,lemon juice and mix it well.Allow it ti stand for 1 hour a min, the longer you keep the better will be it and fry it in oil.
You can garnish with some capsicum or onions since it gives the dish a grand look and gives an added flavor to it also.
