Chicken Fry

Chicken pieces -1 kg
Chopped Onion- 1 No:
Garlic – 4 to5 cloves
Yoghurt- 1 cup
Lemon juice- 1
Ginger -1 piece
Red chili powder-1 Tea Spoon
Garam masala powder- ½ Tea Spoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 Tea Spoon
Red color –a pinch
Oil, salt as required

Mix yoghurt with salt, lemon juice, garam masala, red colour, chopped onion, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and marinate the chicken with this mixture. Keep the above mixture say for 3 hours at least (The more you keep the better will it Be). To make it more into the flesh just cut along the pieces before apply the mixture so that it goes to the inside part.

Heat oil in a non stick pan and fry the chicken pieces and serve it hot
