Chicken Curry

Chicken- 1kg
Green chilli- 4 to 5 No:
Onion- 250 gram
Ginger- 1 no
Cardamom powder- 4 to 5 No:
Cinnamon stick- 1 No:
Red chili powder- 2 Tea Spoon
Turmeric powder- 1 pinch
Coconut Oil- 5 Table Spoon
Yoghurt- 4 Table Spoon
Coconut milk- 5 Table Spoon
Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, salt- as required

Heat oil in a pan and marinate onion, green chilli, curry leaves and ginger. To this add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and sauté it well. Add chicken to it along with yoghurt, salt and cinnamon. Cook it for some time without adding water. When the chicken is cooked properly, add coconut milk and boil it for some time. To this add cardamom powder, chopped coriander and mint leaves. Serve it hot

This one is a spicy one. On top of this if you put fresh chopped Onions it’ll be more tasty.
